Four Easy Steps to Switch to HQagent for an Existing Entity
If you are seeking Registered Agent services in Virginia, and you agree to our
Service Contract, including Rate Schedule,
here's what you need to do next:
1. Keep Us Off Your Spam List. If you use any spam filtering on your email, make sure "myagent@HQagent.com" is whitelisted or exempted from filtering.
2. Authorize Payment. Our great rates are available only with automatic monthly billing via PayPal.
3. Provide Your Data. When you sign up through PayPal, you'll be asked for a shipping address and phone number, in addition to your email address. Make sure you keep this data current or we may be unable to reach you when you most need us to.
4. We'll Initiate the Change in Virginia. Virginia's State Corporation Commission has a two-step process to change Registered Agents on an existing company: formal request followed by your signed authorization. We will make the formal request and have the authorization forms delivered to you for signature. We cannot sign these papers for you -- this is for your protection. An authorized officer of your company must sign and return the State form.
That's all there is to it!
The basic Monthly Fee will start as soon as you authorize payment, so make sure you provide us with all the data we need to make initiate the change on the State's records.
You may not, under any circumstances, state that HQagent LLC has agreed to serve as your Registered Agent before you have paid for and authorized automatic recurring payment of the basic Monthly Fee via PayPal.
